Adeniyi Monsuru Adebayo Foundation is an Incorporated Trustee registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (Reg. No. 8230599), based in Iwo, Osun State.

Information you give us through our forms: your name, phone number, email, the area you live in and what you tell us in your message or application.
How we use it
To reply to you, process applications for support, thank donors, match volunteers to roles and send updates you have asked for.
How long we keep it
Retention periods and data-controller contact details must be confirmed before form delivery is enabled.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving updates, at any time by contacting us.
Children
Applications for children are made by a parent or guardian. We never publish a child’s full name or photo without written consent.
