AdMA Foundation is committed to honest, accountable, and ethical fundraising. This policy explains how we receive gifts, manage funds, handle complaints, and support those who raise concerns in good faith.
Purpose and scope
This policy applies to all supporters, staff, volunteers, partners, and contractors connected to AdMA Foundation. It supports our compliance with good governance standards, responsible fundraising practice, and the need to protect beneficiaries, staff, and donor trust.
Donor communications and gift handling
We will explain how funds are intended to be used whenever we invite support. Donations are accepted only for lawful charitable purposes aligned with our mission, and we will not misrepresent the use of funds, the identity of the organisation, or any benefit that may be received by a donor.
Integrity, AML/CFT and conflicts
AdMA Foundation will not accept funds that are illicit, fraudulent, or contrary to applicable law or donor agreements. We expect all parties to act with honesty, avoid conflicts of interest, and report any concern involving money laundering, bribery, fraud, misappropriation, or suspicious financial activity.
Whistleblower and complaint process
Anyone may raise a concern in good faith about misconduct, misuse of funds, safeguarding risks, unethical behaviour, or governance concerns. Concerns should be reported to the Foundation through the designated contact channels, or through the general public contact form where available. Reports will be reviewed promptly, sensitively, and confidentially to the extent reasonably possible.
Safeguarding and protection
Protected persons, including children, vulnerable adults, and programme participants, must be treated with dignity and respect. Abuse, exploitation, discrimination, intimidation, or retaliation against anyone who raises a concern is not acceptable and will be treated as a serious matter.
Review and updates
This policy is a working draft and will be reviewed by the Foundation and legal advisers before publication as a final policy. We reserve the right to update the policy in response to organisational changes, regulatory guidance, and donor or governance requirements.
