On 31 January 2025, the Adeniyi Monsuru Adebayo Foundation was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as an Incorporated Trustee, number 8230599. That may sound like paperwork. For the families we serve, and for anyone who gives to us, it matters a great deal.
What registration means
As an Incorporated Trustee, AdMA Foundation is its own legal body. It can hold a bank account in its own name, sign agreements with schools, clinics and partners, and be held to account under Nigerian law.
What happens next
